Scott Podsednik released by Rockies

The Scott Podsednik era ended in Colorado yesterday, as the Rockies released the former Sox outfielder to make room for 23-year-old Dexter Fowler. You can't blame the Rockies, Fowler has been tearing up the Cactus League this Spring to the tune of a .292/.342/.415 line over 30 games.

I just wanted to bring that story before someone suggests it...

why would somebody suggest it? you abandoned your 40 players in 40 days routine, and then deleted all evidence that it existed. leaving no reason for anyone to come back for four weeks. i take it you're not actually trying to develop an audience.

No, this is still just a hobby for the time being. Maybe one day I'll take my free blog more seriously. :)

you do some good work, but had i not bookmarked your page, i'm sure i'd have forgotten about it during one of your hiatuses.

Well I appreciate your compliment... Maybe one day I'll have a job with a little more free time and I'll be able to update this at will.

Plus, I haven't been doing this for a full year, yet. Sometimes its hard to gauge the time commitment some of these projects will take.
